FALR Symposium 2018

The First Amendment Law Review held its annual symposium on Nov. 16 in Chapel Hill, NC at the Carolina Club. The event gathered some of the nation’s top scholars and researchers—including Geoffrey Stone our keynote speaker—to discuss the history of laws regulating sex. The conversation rangeed in topic to include everything from NIFLA v. Becerra to Masterpiece Cake Shop Ltd. v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission. There were three panels: Sex and the Freedom of Expression, Sex and Religion, and Sex and the Internet.
